About

Dr. Saccucci, Ph.D. is the founder of Doctors on Call – Tutoring and Test Taking Practice. She is a highly educated professional who practices what she preaches: learning is a life time journey. She has earned degrees in a multitude of disciplines, including Literature, Education and Law. Dr. S has taught in a number of prestigious universities, including the University of Toronto. Indeed, she has over a quarter of a century of teaching experience. Additionally, she has assisted numerous medical and law school candidates in successfully applying to their respective professional schools in Canada and the USA. She was an attorney and human rights advocate for over a decade, and successfully argued before the Federal Court of Canada. Dr. S is also a published and prolific author. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, writing and eating popcorn. Like the founder, the educators at Doctors on Call earned Doctorates – ergo the name of the business. Like Dr. S, the educators are on call 24/7. They are passionate and dedicated tutors with ample experience and expertise – and yes – all of them enjoy eating popcorn.

Dr. Saccucci helped me in my preparation for the Critical Analysis and Reasoning Skills (CARS) section of the MCAT, the Computer-Based Assessment for Sampling Personal Characteristics (CASPER).

Dr. Saccucci helped me to identify my weak points in the MCAT- Cars section. We worked through practice passages and she created strategies for me to understand and analyze passages which subsequently, increased my score.

Dr. Saccucci’s guidance for the CASPER exam was excellent. Initially, I prepared on my own however, two days before the scheduled exam, I was feeling a little reticence and questioning my preparation. I decided to reached out to Dr. Saccucci for guidance and after a brief consultation she encouraged me to reschedule the test. Dr. Saccucci tutored me through the process and I felt my answers drastically improved. I wrote the exam with confidence and I received an excellent quartile score. I am grateful to Dr. Saccucci for preparing me on such short notice.

I appreciated Dr. Saccucci’s tutoring and feedback. One area that stands out is her pricing, while inexpensive, the quality of teaching isn’t sacrificed. Many organizations charge thousands of dollars, however, Dr. Saccucci’s prices are very reasonable, especially for students on a budget.

In closing, I recommend Dr. Saccucci and consider her an excellent tutor.
